Casa Academy: guidance for other professionals who want to do things differently
Guidance for those who want to do things differently
What is Casa Academy?
Casa Academy is an initiative by Casa to make Casa’s ideas, experience and methodology more widely available to other schools, school leaders and organisations in education and childcare.
Casa Academy supports both starting and existing initiatives that want to (re)orientate towards future-oriented, child-centred and sustainable education. Based on years of practical experience in setting up and developing groups for children aged 4 months to 12 years, Casa Academy offers guidance, inspiration and knowledge sharing to people and organisations that want to do things differently, but do not want to reinvent the wheel.

What do we want to achieve?
With Casa Academy, we want to contribute to a powerful movement of schools and childcare organisations that dare to redesign education. We believe that every child has the right to a learning environment in which they feel seen, heard and challenged. And that every professional should be given the space to work from trust and professionalism.
Our goals are:
- Supporting start-up schools or initiatives seeking to innovate or refocus.
- Strengthening leadership and vision within existing teams and organisations.
- Sharing our accumulated knowledge, experience and practical tools in the field of organisation, education and leadership.
- Building a network of like-minded innovators, school leaders and administrators.
- Involving and supporting parents as key partners in children’s education and development.
Want to know more?
Casa Academy likes to engage with initiators, teams and administrators who want to build future-oriented education. Together, we explore what is needed – and how we can support this.
What do we offer?
In short, we offer 7 themes that can apply to any situation you may be in. Please click on a theme for more information!

Theme 1: Vision development
Every change starts with a clear vision. We help teams (re)formulate their mission, vision and ambition, inspired by our own development journey.

Theme 2. Organisation & structure
A good idea requires a solid structure. We share our experience in building an appropriate organisation, including governance, care-education cooperation, finances and systems.

Theme 3. Content knowledge about our pillars
In particular, we help you with the pillars of our continuous learning line, bilingual education, and All Day, All Year.

Theme 4. Quality in practice
How does vision become visible in everyday actions? We show how we work on continuous quality development, cooperation in teams, and a view of children’s development.

Theme 5. Pedagogical and didactic deepening
We offer modules and inspiration around the content of our pillars.

Theme 6. Training for parents - Positive Discipline
Parents are indispensable partners in their children’s development. That is why Casa Academy also offers guidance aimed at parents.

Theme 7. Expertise in change processes
Casa Academy has experienced professionals who can guide teams in change processes – for example, in a change of direction, reorientation or redesign of organisation and culture. We help teams choose a direction together, clarify roles and shape change sustainably.
