In addition, all children have free walk-in between 8am and 8.30am in the morning and can take flexible holidays in addition to the days off set by Casa.<\/p><p>In order to demonstrate to the Education Inspectorate and the Compulsory Education Officer that the minimum of 940 teaching hours is met, all children and their attendance times are registered in the school administration systems.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9892d7b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9892d7b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Advantages of the Total Package<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3ca9a71 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3ca9a71\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Proper, complete Montessori-style education as envisaged by Dr. Maria Montessori is only possible when children are present in school for longer periods of time. There is no arbitrary split between school and day care in the Montessori philosophy and pedagogy. Pupils who take the total package enjoy &#8220;enriched care&#8221; during the holidays. In principle, this means that our school programme continues during the holidays. This contribution is set annually with the approval of the participation council. The parental contribution is voluntary. Students will in no case be excluded from participating in activities paid for from the parental contribution.<\/p><p>The voluntary parental contribution is\u00a0<strong>\u20ac 1164 per year<\/strong>\u00a0for four- to 12-year-olds.<\/p><p>Without this voluntary parental contribution, Casa would not be able to carry out the concept Casa stands for.<\/p><p>For babies, toddlers and three-year-olds, this voluntary parental contribution does not apply.<\/p><p>The parental contribution pays for snacks, lunch and all non-government-subsidised activities and materials. On these days, the entire team comes together for training and quality development. During these study days, Casa is closed to all children; there is no childcare or after-school care.<\/p><p>In addition, there are fixed closing days, as stated on the annual calendar. Casa is also completely closed on these days.<\/p><p>The above-mentioned study days and closing days cannot be considered exchange days. These days are not included in the calculation of childcare costs.<\/p><p>Casa is open 50 weeks a year for childcare and after-school care. The annual price for childcare is based on these 50 weeks of opening.<\/p><p>In order to offer parents a stable and equal monthly amount, the total annual amount (based on 50 weeks of childcare) is divided over twelve months. This means that an equal amount is invoiced each month.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9c58e26 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9c58e26\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">House Rules for swap days<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a31723d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a31723d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Casa offers (limited) possibilities to swap childcare days. We would like to bring the following to your attention.\u00a0<\/p><p>Logically, swap requests can only be granted if the maximum group size is not exceeded. In practice, this means that we are increasingly forced to reject requests. The chance of a swap day being rejected is now greater than the chance of it being approved.<\/p><p>The correspondence surrounding swap days requires a lot of capacity from our administration.<br \/>It is a service that we would like to continue to offer where possible. However, it is not a right to swap missed days.<\/p><p>In order to allocate the limited exchange capacity fairly to each family, we limit the number of (granted) exchange days to a maximum of four per child per calendar year, for as long as your child attends childcare. It is also not possible to exchange a day for a date after the end date of the last childcare contract.<\/p><p>It greatly helps our administration team if all requests for exchange days are made via the designated channel, the parent portal. Requests and communication about exchange days by email or telephone will no longer be processed.<\/p><p>For your convenience, we have included the text from our general terms and conditions regarding exchange days below.<\/p><p>3.1 Exchange days: Childcare days can be exchanged for days on which no childcare is provided. The contractor requests exchange days via the parent portal. The following rules apply:<\/p><ul><li>Requests can only be submitted via Kidskonnect (parent portal) and not via email, telephone or the group guides.<\/li><li>The exchange day must be requested by the contract holder at least one week in advance. (The exchange day is the day on which your child will be present, i.e. the day to which the day is being exchanged).<\/li><li>Childcare days that are cancelled on the day itself cannot be exchanged. These will be forfeited.<\/li><li>A maximum of 4 exchange days per child, per calendar year.<\/li><li>Exchanges can be made up to 3 months in advance.<\/li><li>Once days have been swapped, they cannot be swapped again or reversed.<\/li><li>Mornings can only be swapped for mornings and afternoons can only be swapped for afternoons.<\/li><li>Days that have already passed cannot be swapped.
